Samtec has been selling connectors since 1976, and we’ve been through some ups and downs along the way, but nothing like the last few years, and well… it’s time for a big change. Putting aside the fact that Samtec has built itself to nearly $1 billion in annual revenue, with sales being at an all-time high, and the fact that we just made a key acquisition of an optics company, among several other huge happenings inside Samtec walls, we just think there are better opportunities out there.
